I'm really impressed with this game! I didn't run into any real bugs throughout the whole playthrough, something I can't say for most AAA releases. The game was bigger than I expected and just so much fun to play. The music & sound was excellent, the look and feel of the world was very atmospheric and set a great mood. The story is nothing special, but once you get past the first 15 minutes, it's worth it for the gameplay, which is fast, hectic, and fun. Do yourself a favour and pick this up when it's on sale.
Even though I'm not all that far into the game, I'm far enough in to get the idea of what this game is attempting to do. People call this the indie Half Life 2 and I'm sorry, I don't see it. The only real similarity between the two games is that the human enemies (soldiers) look very similar to Half Life's Combine.
