What drives the score
How to read this
Grades run S to D, read from the buyer's side. ▲ marks a lift, ▼ a drag or a dock, ? an input we do not have, • a fact this genre's score does not use. How the grades work
About the game
A society survival game set in a world destroyed by climate change. Explore, scavenge and build a city to unite the clans. Conflicting cultures and limited resources mean you need to make tough choices; have you got what it takes to lead your people into a new era of humanity?
Minimum specs
Minimum on the Steam store: 8 GB of memory, GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD equivalent, 6 GB VRAM, 30 GB of storage. Windows only.
The value story
It has been discounted 37 times in the 4 years tracked here. The median cut across all of them is 80 percent, about 6 weeks apart. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended 11 days ago.
It is pricier than 90 percent of its genre, and less well reviewed than 96 percent. The games it most resembles do better on the same math. The Last Haven ($19.99, scores 5) and IXION ($34.99, scores 51) both outscore it.

What players say
I LOVED playing this. I don't really understand a lot of the criticisms here. I play a lot of this genre and I really enjoyed it. I really like the angle with the different clans and managing the politics that it brings. Honestly, the ones which are not alike just keep them apart :) Did the campaign playthrough in about 20hrs all in all which was great. Not sure about replayability now i've done that but we'll see.

I like the game, concept is good lots to look after with resource and clan while trying to expand or explore. Down side I've had so far is not being able to continue or load a previous game along with crashing on auto save which I turned off, but it crashed every time I did a save manually also. It did save though so I can carry on next time until I saved again then a crash again. Worth paying a £5 for but not more...
The mechanics of this game is nice but it would be better if you could play without all the silly bits like controlling the unrest and diseases. It sounds simple but that sort of thing becomes really annoying if you just want to expand.
