How to read this

About the game
As the Queen's latest governor, build a colonial empire in Her name. Claim islands, collect their natural resources, build production chains, and turn a derelict outpost into a rebellious, bustling metropolis at the heart of a New World commercial empire!
Minimum specs
Minimum on the Steam store: 4 GB of memory, Integrated GPU might work, Nvidia Geforce GTX 550+ or AMD Radeon HD 5000, 297 MB of storage. Windows only.
The value story
It has been discounted 42 times in the 4 years tracked here. The median cut across all of them is 60 percent, about 6 weeks apart. Today's $2.99 at 85 percent off still sits 50 percent above the floor, so a deeper cut exists in its history.
It is pricier than 89 percent of its genre, and less well reviewed than 76 percent. Among the games that feel like it, Settlement Survival ($4.99, scores 71) beats it on value, while it beats Surviving the Abyss ($19.99, scores 12).

So, the negative reviews got me wondering how the game really is. It's great to know that when the civs are starving, it's not actually food related but other needs. IE Clothing, lol I didn't know that was food. Gotta keep a surplus of everything more or less to maintain a tier. Not as casual as I'd like as I prefer to forget things and it doesn't keep you on your toes in the sense of being attacked, but the random...
