With the caveat that I am not intimately familiar with survival horror games, I'd recommend this as a part of the DYA collection. As in, if you buy that, don't skip it, but on its own merits? There's a lot of flaws. (Edit: On reflection, I've recommended lesser games with fewer caveats. It stayed fun for four playthroughs, it's a good game.) Excellent 2D survival horror. For a game made by like 2 people, it's very impressive.
This is a 16bit retro survival horror. It does the job well, its a lot of fun to explore, but it needs a map
