I was browsing the Steam Summer Sale like I usually do when I came across Impaler Gold for a ridiculously cheap price. As someone who loves boomer shooters, I figured I'd give it a shot. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much-I thought it would be one of those games that's not bad, but nothing special because of how cheap it was. I couldn't have been more wrong. This game is so damn fun that I'm not even sure where to...

pretty fun game to sink a few hours into if you have nothing to do, great boomer shooter.
Yeah, I honestly felt a bit ripped off on this one. The main mechanic of growing spikes is fun, but it's way too strong. Free splash damage just kills everything. Slimes are supposed to stop this, but they don't. There isn't a lot to see or do here. The secondary mode feels more fleshed out than the main one. I respect the effort, but this just isn't worth the purchase.
