On value it sits in the top 22 percent of its genre. It is pricier than 95 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 83 percent. What players say
Pretty minimalistic but gorgeous exploration with some basic collecting and a few ability unlocks to revisit areas with. Van handling feels a little too arcadey but serviceable for traversal. Map is a bit smaller than i'd like, with large parts taking up by emptier deserts, but still a nice variety of locations to explore.
Highly atmospheric adventure game, I was legitimately sad when it was over. Not just because of an emotional ending, but because I didn't want to part with it.
Quite a relaxing little story driven game. The puzzles are basic but entertaining enough, the story is quite good. But as always, the baffling decision to animate the appearance of text instead of letting people read at their own pace is a downside. There's also a lot of "hold forward to access the next part of the game", i.e. accidental padding caused by a dedication to realistic-ish traversal.
