The value story
Across all 44 discounts in the 4 years tracked, the median cut is 80 percent, about 5 weeks apart. Today's $1.99 at 80 percent off still sits 101 percent above the floor, so a deeper cut exists in its history.
Value puts it in the top 2 percent of the games it competes with. It is pricier than 63 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 93 percent. Among the games that feel like it, What Never Was (free, scores 84) beats it on value, while it beats The Almost Gone ($9.99, scores 49).
