I have love trains as well as resource management and both of those values are in this game. It keeps you on your toes, there will be a breakdown or a shrinking city so you cannot do nothing.
+ After you figure it out, it is really easy to build the rail network. Great visuals and neat gameplay, but some of the mechanics are just broken. Weird blockages to routes that are removed if you just delete and rebuild the route the same as it was. Other issues with how goods are distributed - to open up some locations for use you have to manufacture and and transport good to the site to "open" it for resource extraction.
