when i first played this game. i thought it was the worst gunvolt game. and then i heard people out. i listened to rumors of technical depth. i then picked the game back up and started playing it like a true tryhard aiming for high end of level ranks and going for overdrive as soon as possible. i learned the depth of the mechanics. yeah it's still the worst gunvolt game. feels even worse than i remember actually...

Putting the real ending behind harm mode is one of the weirdest, dumbest decisions they have made. Its not even a fun version of hard mode - for whatever reason - they added lives, makes your HP bar so short you die in 4 hits and the bossest now just fill the screen with junk as their attack pattern. And the route to the true end is so unsatisfying, instead of doing something cool like in other games, a deus ex...
