The value story
September 2026 is where it bottomed out, at $23.99. 24 discounts in the 3 years on record. They run about 30 percent off, roughly 7 weeks apart. Today's $23.99 at 40 percent off matches the lowest price in the record.
At full price it scores 62. The current cut is what makes it a 64.
Against its own genre it lands in the top 6 percent on value. It is pricier than 98 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 85 percent. Among the games that feel like it, Last Train Home ($13.19, scores 75) beats it on value, while it beats Carrier Command 2 ($29.99, scores 53).
The press gave it 72; the people who bought it give it 83 percent. An 11-point gap in the buyer's favour.
Steam's global achievement data puts under 1 percent of players at this game's ending achievement. On a 43.2-hour game, the hours short of it still count in its price per hour. Of the 800 Steam-purchase reviews this site sampled, 25 come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written February 2024 to August 2026. Inside the two-hour refund window, 56 percent of the 287 reviews written there were positive, against 83 percent overall, and those are 9 percent of everything written about it.

The fact that they have created such a compelling story out the ashes of nothing makes me want to yell at Hollywood "SLITHERINE MADE THIS IN A CAVE... WITH A BOX OF SCRAPS". I dont know, by the end of the campaign, the main...
Not a real RTS, I just wanted to build units but you can't. Disappointed just like the movie. That style where you have to pick units before the map starts is real bad.
