It's glitchy, online has 3 players per hour, and it's a sequel to a cash-grab nostalgia bait game, yet game is the most fun fighting game I've played in awhile, counting Rivals 2. Every character feels great to play, Slime gives each of them more depth and decisions to make, the campaign is better than Ultimate's grind fest, and with the addition of voice acting, everyone feels so alive.
