The value story
December 2024 is where it bottomed out, at $2.49. 25 discounts in the 3 years on record. They run about 80 percent off, roughly 7 weeks apart. Today's $3.74 at 85 percent off still sits 50 percent above the floor, so a deeper cut exists in its history.
It is pricier than 89 percent of its genre, and less well reviewed than 70 percent. On the same math Blue Fire ($19.99, scores 49) and AWAKEN - Astral Blade ($19.99, scores 50) are the better buys, and they are the games it most resembles.
Of the 523 Steam-purchase reviews this site sampled, 11 come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written April 2023 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 8 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 707 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 53 have a larger share. Inside the two-hour refund window, 42 percent of the 120 reviews written there were positive, against 74 percent overall, and those are 15 percent of everything written about it.

A lore-rich game with beautiful graphics and interesting puzzles. I played on relaxed combat mode with immortality enabled because I found the combat somewhat unwieldy, and I think the only downside of playing this way was it made most of the boss battles somewhat trivial, as well as made many of the combat-focused items + item upgrades fairly useless. Otherwise, it was nice because it let me focus on exploring the...
Pretty cool aesthetic. I like the Eldritch theme that's going on through the game. There are a lot of interesting ideas going on in the game. I like the use of puzzles, but they do get tedious and aren't very difficult to figure out. The combat is the main con of the game with a very limited amount of enemy types and no differentiation on how to fight anything. Boss fights are a pretty big let down too. I think...
On the good side - the story seems nice, I got a slight feeling as if something was missing but it made me more interested to find out more. Cool art style as well, Companions design was my fav. On the opposite Some of the puzzles - no idea where they came from, they were so disconnected from the rest of the game. Combat? Just spam it out and you're good. Movement seemed a bit off, spamming double jump made me...
