More about Mob Factory
9 of the 404 Steam-purchase reviews sampled here come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written November 2023 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 9 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 2,597 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 244 have a larger share. The typical game sits near 5 in 1,000, so the score docks it. 3 of the 9 refunded reviewers were past Valve's two-hour window when they wrote the review.

What players say
Is a fun little factory automation game, but what it severely lacks is quality of life. You'll find yourself opening inventory to swap hotbar items constantly. Between 10 possible hotbar slots you have 9 types of turrets, 3 types of assemblers, 2 types of conveyors, 3 types of conveyor sorters and countless more things "mana" electricity grids, fluids with refineries and piping, spawners for different enemy types...
