What players say
Honestly, this game is absolute peak mindless fun. The upgrade system is super satisfying, and wiping out huge hordes of zombies never gets old. I've beaten this on Xbox 360, Switch, and PC over the years, and it's easily one of my favorite comfort games. It runs like a total dream on handhelds.

At first, Zombie Driver HD seems like a lot of fun. The story mode has potential, and although it repeatedly relies on the same basic mechanics, it remains enjoyable for a while. Unfortunately, the story feels unfinished, leaving several questions unanswered. Slaughter Mode is a fun addition, but it becomes repetitive rather quickly.
