CONTRA IS BACK, BABY! When I saw this game drop back in 2024 my jaw hit the floor, a new Contra game? a GOOD new Contra game?! this must be a dream! but nope! its real, and it is AWESOME! Operation Galuga is a modern reimagining of the classic Contra games, taking some scenes and inspiration from Contra, Super C and Contra III on SNES and turning it all up to 11 with new crisp HD graphics and a banging soundtrack...
Amazing Game. I absolutely recommend this game. It reminds me of the contra Nes game I used to play when I was a kid. I love this game forever.
Really fun. Absolutely hits the spot if you're after that run and gun Contra style action. I had a big smile playing haha. Bright colorful graphics, things exploding, the grandiose type bombastic orchestral-sounding soundtrack bumping along, its great. Challenging too. I like the big ugly screen filling bosses with interesting attacks.
