The value story
The lowest price on record is $4.05, set in January 2026. Its cuts run 25 percent off as a rule. There have been 21 in the 2 years tracked, about 6 weeks apart. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended 10 days ago. $2.91 is what it would take to make this a BANGER, and nothing in its history goes that low.
On value it sits in the top 4 percent of its genre. It is better reviewed than 99 percent of its genre. Among the games that feel like it, UnderRail ($14.99, scores 72) beats it on value, while it beats SpaceEngine ($29.99, scores 57).
14 of the 448 Steam-purchase reviews sampled here come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written June 2024 to September 2026. Inside the two-hour refund window, 93 percent of the 1,830 reviews written there were positive, against 96 percent overall, and those are 53 percent of everything written about it.

What players say
The chillest and coziest Bladerunner/Cyberpunk freebuild game I've ever played! No rules, just build. Relax. Enjoy. Build some more. Throw lights at it. Give it traffic... ...and chill! Original soundtrack is awesome too! Have this on Apple music and listen to it at least once a week. For a few quid you can't go wrong!
For six bucks You get a visually stunning, relaxing, builder. That asks nothing from You and gives anyone the tools to make your own cyberpunk or bladerunner like city. I highly recommend even if You only play it for a few hours it's worth the price.
Incredibly enjoyable toy to sink time into. Workshop adds more options but I also suggest picking up the DLC for this to support the dev and because some of the assets in the DLC add a ton of story to you cities.
