What players say
The story is much more linear in this case. An intricate detail of greed, tragedy and a twisted vision for the future of mankind. Despite it not being as scary and heart-pounding as Amnesia: The Dark Descent, it delivers exceptionally well on the storyline instead of focusing on previous mechanics like insanity, tinderboxes and oil. Absolute cinema. Love it. 10/10.

Not knowing this was not a true Frictional game, but a creation of The Chinese Room, I was at first surprised at the stripped down mechanics - a move toward what we now call a walking simulator. But ultimately the finesse and literary quality of the story took over and showed it's power. This is a fine horror experience, but fans of the first Anemia game should be aware of the back story of the production.
Amnesia A machine for pigs, a complete mess This game has heart, the music is great in some instances and the story is decent. Thing is, the game CONSTANTLY crashes. The Fps sometimes drops from 60 to 40 too. Never buy this game full price. Even on a discount i would not recommend.
