The value story

30 discounts in the 3 years on record, a median of 50 percent off across all of them, roughly 5 weeks apart. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended 9 days ago.

It is pricier than 77 percent of its genre, and less well reviewed than 93 percent. On the same math Ziggurat 2 ($24.99, scores 70) and Delver ($14.99, scores 65) are the better buys, and they are the games it most resembles.

More about Soulslinger: Envoy of Death

8 of the 466 Steam-purchase reviews sampled here come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written December 2023 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 8 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 1,174 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 77 have a larger share. Inside the two-hour refund window, 55 percent of the 142 reviews written there were positive, against 63 percent overall, and those are 30 percent of everything written about it.
