Oozi: Earth Adventure is definitely a hidden gem of a platformer! It has pretty tight controls, cool mechanics spread throughout the levels, an overall easy-to-medium difficulty level (I beat the game in Normal, and only a couple of bosses gave me some trouble), nice music, and a very polished cartoony "Rayman-esque" art-style with a silly and ever-smiling protagonist. I originally played Oozi on XBLIG back around 2011 or so, then replayed it on PC in 2021. It's a platformer. Just that. It's not a metroidvania; it's not precision platformer; it's not a puzzle-platformer; it's not a 'challenging' ordeal in putting yourself through needless suffering.
