Being fascinated by early and old hardware and software, I have always enjoyed the aesthetic of the old dos platformers like Commander Keen, Duke Nukem and Bio Menace and the likes, but one thing those games fail to have is modern quality of life. Often fixed by source ports, but those aren't always available or the best. Muri, on top of being an amazingly designed video game with beautiful retro art and fun...

People like me, who grew up playing MS-DOS platformers like Duke Nukum (Yes that was his name back then, look it up) or Commander Keen, will feel right at home.
It presents itself as a classic DOS action-platformer with a highly faithful recreation of their style and limitations, but it is SO-MUCH-MORE. It's PLAGUED with secrets, and when you start to understand their logic, you can't stop, it is SO satisfying getting to uncover all the secrets and unravel its exciting story...
