What players say
I don't feel the need to review games very often, but Dawnsbury Days is just so good. It's not just that it's good, but it has heart and character oozing out of every pore. Can't recommend enough.
Dawnsbury Days is a slightly streamlined Pathfinder 2e experience that does its best to try and preserve the rules and make it feel like the tabletop itself. Some things aren't implemented or had to be altered for a game format, like 3D movement, or (naturally) roleplay-focused scenarios like social encounters, but it still does a good job adapting the system to a video game format. There's workshop support so...
It's kind of crazy how awesome Dawnsbury Days is. It's an indie CRPG that's basically Pathfinder 2E. Has tons of character building options, including 16 classes, plus modding support. The campaign breaks the fourth wall a lot, doesn't have the deepest story, and it's basically all combat encounters. Still, if you're yearning for some low to mid level PF2E on the computer for just $5 you really can't go wrong!
