i have installed this game to external drive but it kept saying that the game cannot run from drive root directory? what does it mean?

Game is broken beyond belief, and imo, is not worth the dozens of issues you'll have to fix. It's astonishing valve even sells this, let alone at THIS price.
One of the finest space combat sims every made with tons of community missions campaigns and games thanks to the fantastic people that has formed around the source port FS Open. The original campaign is highly reocmmeded if you like flying between big space ships wiping each other out with huge laser beams. Missionsign is mostly great despite a few annoying escort missions. The Steam version is barely working out of...
