What players say
Imma keep it real, the base game campaign of Hotline Miami 2 is horrible. The story is great, but the actual game design is atrocious. The beauty of Hotline Miami 1 in it's gameplay was its fluid sense of freedom when it came to dealing out violence the way you want. A lot of player expression is allowed giving you a very powerful sense of freedom. Hotline Miami 2's campaign basically takes that away. And it sucks...

Lacks the flow of the first game, wich was the main thing that made it so good. Very frustrating level design, far to many guns for my taste.
