It's a really fun game, but it's really frustrating when the game starts to chug due to too many coins on the screen or enemies. When I have all of the challenges on and the zapping gun the game will start to stutter even with a 5900X and a 3080. This has basically killed any of these runs. Fun but frustratingly hard survivors-like with a tricky but satisfying control scheme. The different boats could have felt more unique. 7/10.
it's a decent enough game but not something I could recommend to anyone. The Good: - The lighthouse idea is solid, and tying different crew member upgrades to its presence or lack thereof works really well no matter what build you have. - The repair shop is a great heal mechanic when you add it onto random health drops.
