The value story
Across all 14 discounts in the 2 years tracked, the median cut is 50 percent, about 7 weeks apart. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended 9 days ago.
It is cheaper than 68 percent of its genre, and less well reviewed than 99 percent. The games it most resembles do better on the same math. The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe ($24.99, scores 60) and Lakeview Cabin Collection ($9.99, scores 84) both outscore it.
More about DEVIL'S WAY
15 of the 206 Steam-purchase reviews sampled here come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written October 2024 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 9 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 2,597 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 10 have a larger share. The typical game sits near 5 in 1,000, so the score docks it. Inside the two-hour refund window, 46 percent of the 205 reviews written there were positive, against 44 percent overall, and those are 100 percent of everything written about it.
Finishing takes 0.1 hours; clearing it takes 0, which is 2.0 times the campaign.

You can finish it in about 10 minutes, so paying full price felt a bit rough, especially since I bought the game for both myself and a friend. At first, I honestly regretted buying it because of how short it was, but I ended up making it worth the price by streaming the whole thing to my friends on...
