HackHub has one of the best foundations I've seen for a hacking game. Its environment is heavily UNIX inspired, and the Wi-Fi hacking sequence at the beginning is surprisingly accurate. Quality wise its pretty well made. I think its a pretty strong foundation for mod content and maybe more updates over time so it really becomes one of the better hacking sim games, if not the best. I found the journalists' sister plot to be pretty weak, I just learned some python scripts now I'm hacking the jihad. As a tutorial it's fine, I think it would benefit from taking things a little less over the top. People...
This game is great...if you're genuinely interested in cyber. It is unnervingly accurate. Not entirely accurate, but close enough that you'll have college credit when you're done. Some things are made quite a bit easier than they would actually be, but for the most part the process is accurate and the visualization is spot on. There are even story lines to follow, so you aren't just hacking for no apparent reason...
