What players say
I often hear people refer to Game Dev Story (Kairosoft) and Game Dev Tycoon (Greenheart Games) as the original games that led to a sub-genre of game and software development games. Perhaps they did but the culmination of those early efforts came with Mad Games Tycoon. One thing I never enjoyed about GD Story and Tycoon is how bad the RNG could get and the black box nature of the mechanics which made them feel unfair...

Awesome sim. 8 years in for me and I've become more convicted to reach the one trillion dollar mark. Once I do, I'm converting it to Euros and retiring to a small south pacific island!
