great game. i already loved the OG version. but the afterlife remake made it way better. and the story is damn great too. the only reason i will not do this game in 100%, is because i'm simple not good enough of a player. also i bought the OST's and i listen to them often. i highly recommend this one

This was a very fun game, with a twist of metroidvania and soulslike that is a very cool concept. My main problem lies with the story. For the most part you have this medieval setting with magic and knights and all that great jazz. But out of nowhere it throws you into this technologically advanced Terminator zone that feels extremely disconnected to the rest of the game. As the story progresses, it keeps the same...
Death's Gambit is a tough sell to recommend. I first played this in 2019, and I hated it. This isn't a bad game per-say, but it can be very slow. Like Hollow Knight/Metroid/Castlevania... literally any game that deals with backtracking, you're not going to know what to do until you progress. Dying isn't that bad, and is expected - instead of losing currency as other reviewers have noted, you just temporarily lose...
