About the game
Pocket Rumble is a streamlined, beginner-friendly 2-button fighting game that retains all the gameplay elements that make traditional 2D fighters great, but reduces the level of execution and memorization necessary to the bare minimum.
Minimum specs
Minimum on the Steam store: 2 GB of memory, 2nd Generation Intel Core HD Graphics (2000/3000), 256MB, 51 MB of storage. Windows only.
The value story
It has been discounted 4 times in the 11 years tracked here. The median cut across all of them is 20 percent, about 22 weeks apart. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended about 380 weeks ago.
It is pricier than 74 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 60 percent. The games it most resembles do better on the same math. Fraymakers ($19.99, scores 44) and Shaolin vs Wutang ($9.99, scores 56) both outscore it.
What players say
It's a very good early access game, but it essentially has been abandoned for years. Don't get this expecting a finished game.

This game was supposed to be a retro fighter in the same vein as games from the Neo-Geo Pocket (Color). The game had so much potential, but was abandoned by the developer(s). Steam even has a note now saying that the last update was 5 years ago. It's not worth buying.
It's never going to be out of early access because the developers had the game stolen by the publisher and are straight up barred from developing for it. If you want to be mad at anyone for such a good game to be abandoned, point that at the publishers and not the devs who had their dream project snatched away. As it is it's a really fun fighting game to bust out locally every now and again - for 10 bucks it's worth...
