BUTCHER is a fast-paced, blood-soaked 2D shooter where carnage is the only way forward. Become a ruthless cyborg tasked with eradicating humanity, leaving nothing but blood, guts, and destruction in your wake. There's no such thing as too much violence in this grim, retro-styled gorefest.

One of the best skill-based 2d games I've ever tried. Just be prepared that the game is very difficult and on the hardest difficulty, a mini-mistake is enough and you're at the beginning of the level. +excellent soundtrack
holy crap that's amazing game looks pretty much like superpixelated terraria but you can't be fooled by that, gameplay feels like new doom but in 2d and you murder enemy soldiers (and civilians if you need hp on hard mode) its a crime that this game is that cheap, you could buy a joke game for friend in that price but instead buy this and let him enjoy every moment with it (if he likes ultra violent and fast games...
The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic world after a great war. Players don't take on the role of a hero trying to save humanity, but rather a cyborg on the side of the machine, determined to destroy it.
