The value story
The lowest price on record is $1.99, set in June 2024. Its cuts run 75 percent off as a rule. There have been 80 in the 8 years tracked, about 5 weeks apart.
It is pricier than 73 percent of its genre, and less well reviewed than 71 percent. The games it most resembles do better on the same math. Black The Fall ($14.99, scores 40) and Seen ($0.99, scores 79) both outscore it.
This site sampled 392 of its Steam-purchase reviews; 3 were written by buyers who refunded it, sampled from reviews written March 2020 to August 2026. Inside the two-hour refund window, 53 percent of the 134 reviews written there were positive, against 70 percent overall, and those are 21 percent of everything written about it.

This might be my favorite side-scrolling adventure I've played. It's a cinematic puzzle-platformer in the same vein as The Cub and Planet of Lana, alternating between fast-paced set pieces and environmental or enemy-based puzzles. Like many games in this genre, it also comes with its share of rough edges: imprecise platforming, overly specific puzzle solutions, occasionally unclear direction, and a few too many...
Very pretty game with stunning graphics and atmospheric soundscapes. This is a 2D/2.5D platformer with some puzzle elements, where you are thrust into an alien planet scenario where you will have to get rid of or dodge wildlife and technological adversaries alike. Graphics: Absolutely stunning with many creatures and plants sporting bioluminescence to give this an almost synthwave or neon/blacklight feel, especially...
Nice sidescrolling jump & run platformer with some puzzles. No fighting! If you enjoyed Inside, give this 'Sci-Fi Alien on another Planet with Robots' themed Dystopia a chance. The start is a bit slow and unnecessary long, but overall really nice gameplay with beautiful colorful graphics. No free saving but checkpoints are fair.
