Caesar 3 is one game that deserves to be in the City builder Hall of Fame, in my opinion. its small but full on content that will always hold a place in my heart. I've been playing this game since I was a kid. I would recommend every gamer have game in their Library.
I have played this game so much and adore it's simplicity. This an CIV 5 and great.
