More about Feather
This site sampled 350 of its Steam-purchase reviews; 6 were written by buyers who refunded it, sampled from reviews written April 2020 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 8 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 2,597 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 460 have a larger share. Inside the two-hour refund window, 82 percent of the 372 reviews written there were positive, against 82 percent overall, and those are 75 percent of everything written about it.
What players say
This is AER: Forgotten Memories for people who thought AER had too much to do in it. It is fun! The Flight mechanics are good, and you'll be doing a lot of that -- exclusively that -- as the only way to touch ground is to perch on unmarked spots where you are allowed to perch. It isn't really a game so much as it is a Be A Bird Simulator in an open world sandbox. You can be many bird. Blue bird. Red bird...

This game is good. It's calming. Almost like a comfort game, to play after being stressed or sad or just tired. No more worries. Just pretty music, and pretty scenery to take screenshots of.
