Impo goated fighting game, and pun is not even intended. Most characters have more or less straightforward kits and some universal controls, which allows even new players to pick it up pretty quickly, with the help of the thorough tutorial, including guides for individual characters. While the character kits aren't particularly complex, they can be utilized in highly advanced ways, pushing the boundaries of skill...
No clue what the hell happened with the development team but this game is really fun
The spiritual successor to Fighting is Magic. This game's Story Mode INSISTS that you learn how to "Jump Good" for a 2D Fighting Game! If you want to emphasize jumping SO MUCH make it a Platform Fighter! Furthermore, as a 2D Fighting Game there are better options.
