POSTAL 4: No Regerts is a satirical and outrageous comedic open world first person shooter and the long-awaited true sequel to what’s been fondly dubbed as "The Worst Game Ever™", POSTAL 2!
Each input wears a grade, S to D, read from the buyer's side. The color is the direction: green raises the score, red lowers it, grey sits neutral. ▼ marks a dock, ? a missing input, • a fact this genre's score does not use. The exact weights stay secret. These are the inputs and the direction each pushes.

The lowest price on record is $9.99, set in June 2025. It has been discounted 79 times in the 7 years tracked here, typically at 50 percent off, with about 5 weeks between sales. Steam's global achievement data says about 1 percent of players ever finish it. On a 10.9-hour game, that is a lot of paid-for hours most people never see. Players rate it 66 percent positive over its lifetime, but the last 30 days run 48 percent. Something recent has soured the room.
