Postal 2 was a Fluke. It sill has better gameplay, is funnier, runs better and somehow still looks better than anything the scissor boys have made afterwards.
Postal 4 is actually a pretty good game, but it's held back by a terrible engine. Unreal Engine 4 clearly wasn't the right choice for this game. The developers should seriously consider never using Unreal Engine again for a Postal game.
Game is scuffed and stupid, just the way it was always supposed to be. I don't know what else people expected for sequel to Postal 2. Don't expect a perfectly polished AAA game, expect one where you drop kick a man halfway into a wall and watch his ragdoll freak out. Postal 4 is just a stupid and fun game. Optimization could be better, but it's not as bad as people make it out to be. A normal 8Gb card from the past...
