Yeah, I liked it. Most of the game revolves around going through documents, picking out useful information, and deciding what to do with it. It's less of a classic detective game and more like examining case files and judging the situation, which actually fits the French Revolution setting quite well. One thing I found a bit frustrating is how easy it can be to choose the wrong response, and there doesn't seem to be...
One of the best games I've played. Beautifully made, with amazing music and a powerful feeling that your decisions as a Revolutionary Tribunal judge actually matter. The only downside is that it gets a little less exciting after the first playthrough. Still, those first ten hours are insane.
10/10 disappointments Act 1 is incredibly interesting to play. I think one of my favourite parts about it is approval from different factions you need to maintain to not get yourself killed. It forces you to make decisions based on "how to not piss off these guys" and it's COOL. You feel terrible doing so, but it is what makes it so realistic and meaningful.
