What players say
Pretty good little point and click game set in a very cool setting. Very nice animation too. Just needed a little more interaction, I think to make it truly stand out.

Wonderful voice acting for every single character. The story's universe is very nicely woven into scenes, images, characters, narrative direction and dialogues without it being too on the nose but just about the right amount. I like how the story tackles several social issues well embedded within the story. You have technically 5 cases to solve but they are all connected by an overarching plot, along with throwbacks...
I have played this game almost all the way through twice. It is a long game, so you get a lot of bang for your buck. The hearing the voice of your dead partner thing is actually a pretty good angle. I enjoyed Lamplight city, it is very well polished for an indie game. Gonzalez has come a long way since the Ben Jordan: Paranormal investigator games. This game will pretty much run on any system too.
