The game desperately needs to be optimized for PC play. LUCKILY it runs perfectly on both my Linux Desktop, and Steam Deck. pretty good, its very similar to Megaman but you can customize your special weapons
Tl;dr review - Very solid Megaman-esque game. Highly recommend it if you're into Megaman at all. Now, if you want a more in-depth review, feel free to keep reading.
