it was so buggy I just wanted it to end. 4 years in and still early access no comprehensive story. just "grab this put it there, kill stuff along the way" type shi could've been good. unique gameplay but poorly made
This game is great when it works, sadly its ment to be single player, they added multiplayer but it crashes way to much for just standard gameplaying... This game came out in 2022 which sounds great until you want to play it with friends and cant see it sitting at its "$30 USD price tag" wait for a sale. or dont waste your time or money.
Hidden Deep is a pretty promising little gem. At its core, it's a puzzle-platformer, so if you're into old-school, slightly clunky PS1-style platforming-and you like your games dark and full of Lovecraft-meets-Alien vibes-this one's worth a look. I would describe it as a cross between Terraria and Barotrauma, though that's not a perfect comparison since there's no crafting or resource grinding beyond picking up...
