For what it is, I love this game. I remember when the cyberpunk genre was reaching its initial fever pitch in the 80's and 90's. Neuromancer, Bubblegum Crisis, Cyberpunk 2020, Blade Runner - all of them created this dystopian yet stylish vision of the future. I know its old, but it annoyed me so much, I still want to downvote it. It really made me quit and uninstall. First, its a boring walking sim half of the time. The city is nice, but you run around for minutes. Your quest guide beam on the ground disappears after 2 seconds, you sometimes need to spam the button to find the right stairs and corners to take.
