Decreased funding by 1 star, immediate rioting and the police could not handle it and died. This was on beginner mode.
I have played this game for years but it will not start anymore. Some type of runtime error with start.exe. I have uninstalled the game numerous times. this game was revolutionary but it has turned into a dumpster fire. Hopefully a different dev makes a similar game that works. It is truly a shame this title is managed by a dev team that is only motivated by releasing the same game with more bugs each year. Then...
