More about Victoria 3
Of the 800 Steam-purchase reviews this site sampled, 5 come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written May 2026 to October 2026. Inside the two-hour refund window, 47 percent of the 1,865 reviews written there were positive, against 70 percent overall, and those are 5 percent of everything written about it. It sells extras on top of the sticker price (time-limited); the score docks it lightly for that.
Finishing takes 70.7 hours; clearing it takes 595, which is 8.4 times the campaign.
