4/5 Stars A lot of really great ideas unfortunately held back a little by the fact that if you get unlucky, runs simply become unwinnable before they even really get going. Will definitely check out the sequel someday in hopes of better balancing around this issue.

Fantastic game, amazing roguelike mechanics and dynamic synergies. The DLC adds so much to it as well, the fusion system is fascinating and very fun. Challenge run modifiers provide even more replayablity. Runs almost as smooth as butter even on a junk-box like my utility laptop.
If you're into card battlers, you'll likely enjoy this one. Wait for a discount as its a bit thin on overall content.
