I for one really enjoyed this game when i first got it. got a good 130hrs out, so worth the money i spent on it. i loved the innovation of the eras and picking your cultures for each one, allowing you to unluck multiple unique buildings and units that can shape your play through. i actually liked the army systems and then battle system i think i worked especially well when it came to naval combat and management...

i like it more than civ 6, just because of battlefield mechanic and terrain elevations. The culture switching is fine for me, as it plays major part in the game. It makes every game special, because you choose culture that will make up for what you have fallen behind (sometimes food, sometimes military) and it's not always the same. Maybe enemy have chosen winged hussars, so you may want to choose culture with...
