The value story
The lowest price on record is $1.99, set in March 2023. Its cuts run 90 percent off as a rule. There have been 44 in the 7 years tracked, about 7 weeks apart.
It is pricier than 92 percent of its genre, and less well reviewed than 99 percent. Men of War: Assault Squad 2 ($29.99, scores 85) outscores it, and so does First Strike ($11.99, scores 29). Both sit among its closest neighbours.
41 on Metacritic, 26 percent from players. A gap this way round is usually launch damage or a slow decline.
Of the 665 Steam-purchase reviews this site sampled, 12 come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written March 2020 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 8 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 2,814 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 461 have a larger share. Inside the two-hour refund window, 13 percent of the 662 reviews written there were positive, against 26 percent overall, and those are 58 percent of everything written about it.

Dynamic Campaign is neat till you realize its only a handful of maps its repetitive quick and only conquest gamemode. And buying...
Men of War: Assault Squad 2 - Cold War takes the tactical foundation established by its predecessor and reimagines it within the volatile political landscape of the Cold War. Developed by Digitalmindsoft and published by Fulqrum Publishing, this standalone strategy title departs from the battlefields of World War II in favor of an alternate-history conflict between the United States and the Soviet Union. The result...
