About the game
Police Shootout is a new turn-based FPS game. Put on your uniform and get ready to respond the most surprising calls in your policeman’s career. Solve cases and gain experience, but also find out why a good young policeman gave up his career in a big city and moved to a small town of San Adrino.

The value story
47 discounts in the 4 years on record, a median of 90 percent off across all of them, roughly 4 weeks apart. Today's $1.04 at 93 percent off still sits 17 percent above the floor, so a deeper cut exists in its history.
It is less well reviewed than 91 percent of its genre. On the same math The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners ($19.99, scores 57) and BONEWORKS ($29.99, scores 64) are the better buys, and they are the games it most resembles.
More about Police Shootout
9 of the 448 Steam-purchase reviews sampled here come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written June 2022 to August 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 8 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 1,422 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 183 have a larger share. The typical game sits near 5 in 1,000, so the score docks it. 1 of the 9 refunded reviewers was past Valve's two-hour window when they wrote the review. Inside the two-hour refund window, 35 percent of the 183 reviews written there were positive, against 56 percent overall, and those are 41 percent of everything written about it.
Finishing takes 3.3 hours; clearing it takes 11, which is 3.5 times the campaign.

What players say
This game is a case where game design sounds great on paper but turns out to be terrible in both action and execution. Emphasizing a police shootout as a main selling point and revealing it as a real barebones turn-based FPS is not good. The game is essentially functional and exceedingly short. A main glaring issue is the player is even rewarded in mission success, experience, and lore with knocking out suspects...

Liked the concept but it's too repetitive. They reuse the same few maps for different missions. The game is also very short. You should not buy this game at full price.
