What players say
Chasing Static was all right. I especially enjoyed the art style and atmospheric aesthetics of this game, but the ending genuinely felt out of no where, and that bothered me a bit. I also wish there were more automatic save points. There were a couple times I lost hours of gameplay from crashes. The pace was a bit confusing, too. Either way, I would recommend it as a short, unique, and pretty decent walking-sim.

Interesting game, it is one of those short and sweet kind of experiences. A gem for any horror fans.
I was engaged with the game at the beginning, but it quickly goes downhill. The long radio conversation almost put me to sleep. But hey, a new tool, finally something interesting, I thought... new tool that allows you to mindlessly run around trying to catch some signals. And the reward? Each time, an unskippable meaningless flashback-dialog by random NPCs. Maybe I didn't play enough for the narrative to shape...
