There are some bugs in the game, and sometimes it takes more than the necessary time to interact with an object, which can get you busted. Time is of the essence; however, I think this has a better storyline than Thief. One guy is directing you what to do in Thief. In this game, you deal with a number of seedy characters. They are interesting, neighborhoods look different, and no shortage of a variety of side jobs...
It's a really great game. The third person element makes it look and feel like playing GTA, but stealing stuff and without the dreaded missions that take numerous attempts to complete. It's a little bit more challenging than the original and sequel to thief simulator but that makes it more fun in a way. Gameplay is still the same as thief sim 1 and 2 but with going to someone instead of having a phone and being told...
Quests are still extremely buggy. I played the game a while ago but stopped because of these issues. Now, in my new playthrough, I've already encountered 3 buggy quests where the item I picked up didn't count towards the quest objective. Since I hadn't manually saved in between, I lost around 2 hours of playtime each time. Beside the searching for the item, which was already in my inventory, game restarts and game...
