Unknown 9: Awakening is a below average action-adventure game that fails in nearly every aspect. The good things about the game are its beautiful graphics and its linear structure. I'm glad it isn't an open world game because this sh*t wouldn't be tolerable otherwise. Now, let's talk about the negatives. Constant handholding. This is one of those games where the developers were too afraid to leave the player alone...
Can't recommend this game....has a bug on the first "gearhead" fight which won't let you win, so you can't progress beyond that point....many complaints about this online as well. I'm playing on a high end PC....hardware shouldn't be a problem. I've worn down the gearhead's armor to zero time after time, one attack after another, using burst attacks when prompted...tried over 50 times back to back....the gearhead...
It's an OK game. Get it only when on sale! Not worth the full price. Visuals: 5/10 Story: 6.5/10 Gameplay: 6/10
