Overall a decent game. Gameplay is fun, story/world is alright, game itself was stable. It has the souls-like gameplay but I feel like comparing this to a souls game is like comparing Avowed to Skyrim. I took my time with the story, exploring a lot and collecting everything I can. Still working on it, but pretty much have the game wrapped up with 12 hours on the board, which I am liking because I want more games...
This game is awesome. I avoided it even though it looked interesting because of it's status as a "souls-like". i have never been a big fan of hard game for hard sake. Well, this game isn't really a souls like. Sure, it has a few of those elements, but really, it is more of a platformer hack and slash. Good combat, great exploration. All in all, I really enjoyed it.
I really want to enjoy this game but it has a fatal flaw that makes it impossible to enjoy. The controls are spastic. I have camera sensitivity and cursor sensitivity set to 0.0, auto target lock and camera follow (whatever it's called) off, and the controls are all over the place. I stop moving the mouse and the camera and/or character continue to move for 15 frames (which due to the awful performance is half a...
